Διήμερο βιωματικό σεμινάριο- εργαστήρι (4 ωρών / ημέρα) όπου η θεωρία και η πρακτική της ψυχοθεραπευτικής μεθόδου gestalt συναντάει το όραμα και την πρακτική της κοινωνικής αλλαγής στο εδώ και τώρα !

Είναι η θεραπεία ενα επαναστατικό εργαλείο ;
Έχει κοινωνικοπολιτική διάσταση η θεραπεία ;
Βιωματικό κομμάτι
Πώς μπορούμε στο εδώ και τώρα να βιώσουμε ένα κόσμο που δονείται πιο κοντά στις δικές μας ανάγκες αλλά και όλων των όντων του πλανήτη ?
Μπορεί να συμβεί αυτό στο εδώ και τώρα ?
Μπορούμε να συνδεθούμε με αυτή την ποιότητα αυτή τη στιγμή ?
Ποιές ποιότητες μας εμποδίζουν στο να φτάσουμε στην επιθυμητή κατάσταση ?
Πώς δονούνται αυτές οι ποιότητες μέσα μας?
Τι έχουν να μας πουν?
Τι συμβαίνει όταν βιώνω αυτή την αναζήτηση σε μια ομάδα?
Τι με ενώνει και τι με χωρίζει από το σύνολο?
Πώς η δική μου εξέλιξη συνεισφέρει στη συνολική εξέλιξη και το αντίστροφο?
Μερικές από τις ερωτήσεις που ίσως απαντηθούν σε αυτό το σεμινάριο - εργαστήρι...
Δημιούργησα αυτό το σεμινάριο για να απευθυνθώ σε όλους και όλες εσάς που θέλετε :
-να ζείτε τη ζωή σας στο εδώ και τώρα
-να έχετε επίγνωση του εαυτού σας και του περιβάλλοντος
-να διερευνήσετε τις πολικότητες και τις αντιφάσεις σας
-να συνδιάσετε τη συναισθηματική σας επίγνωση με την κοινωνικοπολιτική επίγνωση,
-να βιώσετε και να αντιληφθείτε την άρρηκτη επιρροή του μικρόκοσμου (προσωπικού) στο μακρόκοσμο (πολιτικό) και το αντίστροφο,
-να αξιοποιήσετε αυτή την επιρροή στο εδώ και τώρα
-να αποκτίσετε εργαλεία αυτοβοήθειας για την άμεση βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής σας!
Λίγα λόγια για εμένα ( αντί βιογραφικού ) :
Με τρεις λέξεις θα έλεγα : τέχνη-θεραπεία-ακτιβισμός !
Με περισσότερα λόγια θα έλεγα ότι οι τυπικές μου σπουδές είναι στη διεθνολογία (Δ.Ε.Σ. Παντειο Παν/μιο ) και στη θεραπεία Gestalt ( Gestalt Institute of San Fransisco, Ecole Parisienne Gestalt, Gestalt Iinstitute of Wienna ), και το πάθος μου ήταν και παραμένει η κοινωνική αλλαγή για ένα πιο δίκαιο και ελεύθερο κόσμο για όλα τα όντα στον πλανήτη γη στο εδώ και τώρα!
Συμμετέχοντας σε διάφορες ακτιβιστικές, κοινοτικές, συλογικές δράσεις ανά την ευρώπη, και σε κοινωνικοπολιτικά σεμινάρια- εργαστήρια, έχω καταλήξει στο ότι για να συμβεί η κοινωνική αλλαγή χρειάζεται επίγνωση-επίγνωση-επίγνωση στην κάθε στιγμή !
Οπότε η δημιουργία αυτού του σεμιναρίου έχει σα στόχο την επίγνωση μέσα απο την τέχνη, τη θεραπεία, το διαλογισμό και τον ακτιβισμό !

Therapy as a tool for personal and social transformation
A two days experiential workshop ( 4 hours / day) during which the theory and practice of gestalt therapy meets the vision and practice of social change in here and now !
Theoritical part ; 30'
Is therapy a revolutionary tool ?
Does therapy has a social-political side ?
Experiential part ;
How can we experience in here and now a world vibrating closer to our own needs and also the needs of all the beings on this planet ?
Is it really possible to experience this vibration in here and now?
Can we connect with this quality in here and now ?
Are there any qualities that stops us from reaching this experience?
If yes, how do these qualities vibrate inside us ?
Do they offer us some information about ourselves ?
How do i experience in a group dynamic this journey ?
What is bringing me closer to other people and what is separating me from them ?
How does my evolution contributes to the global evolution and the opossite ?
These are some of the questions that maybe receive an answer in this laboratory !
I created this workshop for those of us who want to ;
- live our lives in here and now
- be aware of ourselves and our environment
- explore our polarities and our contraddictions
- combine our emotional and social-political awareness
- experience and understand that the microlevel and macrolevel of life are totally connected, meaning that the personal is political and the oposite
- make use of this experiential understanding in here and now
- gain self help tools that we can use to explore deeper our lives
in here and now
A few words for me ;
In 3 words ; art - therapy - activism
To say a bit more, i would say that i have studied International Law,
Relationships and Economy ( Pantion University of Athens)
and Gestalt Therapy ( Gestalt Institute of San Fransisco, Ecole Parisienne Gestalt, Gestalt Iinstitute of Wienna )
During all these years, i was -and i am still- passionated with social change, a change that can allow us to experience more
justice and freedom on this planet on here and now !
Participating inseveral activist, collective, communal activities all over Europe and several social-political workshops i have come to the conclusion that the main element for social change in here and now is awareness- Awareness- awareness !
So by creating this laboratory i intend facilitating awareness through
several means such us art, therapy, meditation and activism !
